    Instructions related to photograph and signature to be attached with the application form:-
    (A). Photo & Signature Image as per standard (Image Size Min. 30KB, Max.200KB, Height Min. 200px, Max. 300px, Width Min.120px, Max.200px, DPI Min. 100 Max. 300) .jpg scan copy only.
    (B) The photograph should be of good quality and the background should be white. Polaroid photograph will not be accepted.
    (C). The photograph should not be older than three months from the date of filling this application and the date of the photograph and the name of the applicant should be clearly mentioned.
    (D). If spectacles are used for reading, a photograph has to be taken with glasses on. Photograph taken with google will not be accepted.'
